Who am I?
Growing up in India, my fascination with art and its potential to influence lives has been a lifelong passion. I began sketching and painting at the age of eight, and this love for artistic expression led me to connect with like-minded friends who shared a passion for art. It was through these friendships that I was introduced to the world of design, and since that moment, I have been captivated. This newfound passion drove me to pursue a formal education in design, prompting my move to the US to complete my Master's in Human-Computer Interaction.
Throughout my career, I have worked on a variety of products and teams, these experiences encompassed serving as the sole designer for a start-up, crafting user-friendly fintech interactions at Quicko, revamping intricate and engaging features at Yocket, and collaborating within cross-functional teams at Google.
With a focus on experience design and business strategy, I have developed strong skills in design research, concept development, prototyping, and user testing. My objective has always been to unify the team with a shared vision and guarantee that the product is meticulously designed with a distinct purpose, catering precisely to the requirements of the target audience.
My Design Process
Mine is not a rigid, but rather an evolving process as I learn from new experiences. User experience design is much more than what meets the eye. One of my strongest skills is to collaborate with my team on all aspects of crafting the experience.
Discover & Strategize
Delve profoundly into the problem, comprehending the users' and business needs, the context, and the competitive landscape to the fullest extent.
Iterative
"If you never try, you never know". Generate as many ideas as possible. Do not be afraid to experiment and try out new ideas. Sketch, create wireframes, build prototypes.
Deliver & Evaluate
Evaluate the product's feasibility and gather user feedback. Be ready to implement product adjustments based on the insights received.
Evaluate
The design process remains ongoing. Utilize metrics and data to iterate and enhance the product, refining its performance continually.

When I'm not designing
Sketching and Painting
Art has always been an integral part of my life from the very beginning. Painting and sketching has always been a way to escape and the freedom it offers have fueled my thoughts, making art an everlasting love affair.
Movies & Anime
Watching movies and anime is more than a pastime for me. It's also my source of inspiration. The intricate narratives and the dedication of a vast crew to craft a single perfect shot captivate me, fuelling my own creativity in storytelling
Cooking
I also enjoy cooking and sharing my creations and witnessing the joy on people's faces as they taste my dishes. It's immensely fulfilling. It has always been about creating experiences for me and cooking is one activity that brings me immense joy, especially when I'm experimenting.
Music
Oh, I'm also a trained Indian classical singer—a skill I dedicated nearly seven years of my life to mastering. I derive great joy from exploring music across various languages and cultures.
